The soft glow created by recycled glass
Recycled glass is made from materials such as old bottles and windowpanes. Used sake bottles are carefully washed, labels are removed, and then melted in a furnace. Each piece, crafted using the blown glass technique, is reborn into a vessel that emanates a soft, gentle glow and a sense of warmth.

The experience and skills honed at Okuhara Glass Manufacturing, a Ryukyu glass workshop in Okinawa. Bold yet delicate hand movements, moments of breathing with the flame. The ripples and undulations, crafted by layering her own sensibilities based on what she learned as an artisan, reflect the delicate beauty of nature, like a gentle breeze in the forest or light dancing on the water's surface.

Rather than being flashy, the focus is on the beauty of an object that fits into daily life. It feels comfortable in your hand every time you pick it up, and brings a little joy. This is a glass where the beauty of utility lives, bringing small joys to your everyday moments.

The changing light and shadow in daily life. Depending on the intensity and angle of the light, the glass shimmers softly, revealing various expressions. Its simple and timeless design adds a gentle touch of color to your unchanging dining table, bringing a sense of peace that gently envelops your heart.

Each item is handmade, so there may be individual differences in color, shape, size, weight, thickness, subtle differences in patterns,かすれ(streaks/fading), large and small bubbles, and lines. Please enjoy these as unique characteristics of handmade craftsmanship. We cannot guarantee which specific item you will receive, but we hope you will look forward to its arrival. If you are concerned, please contact us before shipping and we will email you photos.

| Understanding "Handcrafted Items" |
|
〇 Each item is handmade, so there may be individual differences in color, shape, pattern, size, thickness, and weight. Additionally, even with the same glaze and clay, color variations and shades may appear. 〇 Since each painting is hand-drawn, the expressions may vary. 〇 Depending on the manufacturing process, some products may have small holes, tiny black spots, scratches, protrusions, pinholes, wobbling, or distortions. 〇 While we process images to bring them as close as possible to the actual product colors, the colors and textures may appear different depending on your computer or smartphone display. 〇 We deliver items that have passed not only the inspections of the manufacturer, kiln, and artist, but also our final inspection. 〇 Product photos are samples, so the actual item you receive will not be exactly identical in every detail. 〇 We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences. We ask for your understanding and acceptance before making a purchase. 〇 We hope you will enjoy the "flavor" and "interest" unique to handmade items, which mass-produced factory goods do not possess! |
