Like inhabitants of a dream world
Their appearance seems to quietly encapsulate the continuation of a fairy tale dreamt in childhood. They possess a quiet and gentle presence, like travelers who have wandered in from some distant land. Each piece, born in the hand, holds a playful spirit and a gentle lingering charm.
The repeatedly layered glazes, such as gentle white, light green like a tranquil forest, and earthy brown, evoke the colors of a misty morning or a forest after rain. The subtle fluctuations and blurs create scenes where no two are alike. The soft shadows subtly change expression with the daily light.
Objects are not just for display; they place a small story in a corner of your life. The moment your gaze falls upon them, the entrance to imagination opens, reminding you that the world you believed in as a child still exists somewhere.
A mug filled with morning coffee or a small object gazing at you while bathed in light by the window. Just one of these can ignite a quiet magic in your everyday life. They seem to bring moments where, even amidst busyness, you can pause for a little while and gently take a deep breath.
As each item is handmade, there will be individual differences in color, shape, thickness, size, weight, glaze unevenness, glaze drips, glaze pooling, slight wobbling, decorations, patterns, and expressions. Also, some items may show differences in glaze application, crazing, pinholes, or iron spots (black dots), but these do not affect their use. Please enjoy these as the unique expressions of handmade craftsmanship. We cannot guarantee which specific item you will receive, but we hope you will look forward to its arrival. If you are concerned, please feel free to contact us before shipping, and we will email you separate photos.
