A gentle moment that brings a smile
Simple and adorable three-dimensional animal figures and patterns. Their rounded shapes are somehow gentle, and holding them brings a comforting warmth that soothes the heart. The soft, hazy texture of the patterns combined with the warmth of the clay creates a gentle atmosphere, as if you are gazing at a peaceful landscape.

Each piece is carefully shaped using techniques such as tatara making, molding, and hand-building. The soft outlines retain the marks of handwork, and the texture feels like the warmth of the earth. The gently drawn patterns and three-dimensional objects are all unique, each possessing a quiet individuality.

The calm ivory and dark brown earth tones are soothing colors that evoke the warmth of the earth. Simply placing them on your dining table softens the atmosphere and creates a quiet space in your busy day. They are sure to calm your mind, making you want to take a deep breath.

Enjoy a leisurely tea time with your favorite cakes and baked goods. Spending time surrounded by gentle patterns and three-dimensional objects is sure to make your everyday moments a little warmer and more enjoyable. You might find yourself smiling spontaneously – these vessels quietly bring such serene happiness.

As each piece is handmade, there may be individual differences in color, shape, thickness, size, weight, glaze unevenness, glaze pooling, slight wobbling, and patterns. Also, there may be variations in glaze application, crazing, pinholes, and iron spots (black dots), but these do not affect use. Please enjoy these as unique expressions of handmade craftsmanship. You cannot choose which item you receive, but we hope you will look forward to its arrival. If you are concerned, please contact us before shipping and we can email you separate photos.

〇The products are sealed, so there's no need to boil them in rice water, but due to the nature of the glaze, crazing may occur if boiling water is poured into them. Stubborn stains that don't come off with neutral detergent may come off with a melamine sponge. You can use a dishwasher, but we recommend handwashing as the water flow and abrasives may rub the surface and reduce its protective effect. When using a microwave, please make sure there's food on the plate to avoid heating it empty. |
