Gentle and comforting for your dining table
Soft layers of color that seem as if they were gently painted with watercolors. The smoky colors and original matte glaze create a charm in their calm hues, with a glaze expression that looks softly hazy. There is a sense of nostalgia, a gentle quality that helps you relax and let your guard down.
Because of their simple forms, the color combinations created by varying the glaze application and the slight irregularities from handcrafting are striking. The gentleness that remains from the traces of handwork is palpable precisely because they are not overly perfect. With every use, you can discover a new landscape unique to that vessel.
While blending seamlessly into your daily table, they make your usual meals feel just a little more special. Whether it's breakfast toast or seasonal fruits, dinner side dishes, or serving food directly to guests, they always look picture-perfect. They not only add color to your table, but their appearance makes you want to keep them on display in your cupboard as a part of your daily life even when not in use.
The premonition that your everyday meals will become a slightly more delightful time. While accompanying those casual moments, these vessels soften your heart each time you use them. They are pieces that help you cherish not just special occasions, but even the most ordinary days.
As each piece is handmade, there are individual differences such as color tone, shape, thickness, size, weight, glaze unevenness, glaze pooling, small stone inclusions, slight wobbling, and subtle variations in patterns. Also, some items may show variations in glaze application, crazing, pinholes, or iron spots (black dots), but these do not affect their usability. Please enjoy these rich, unique expressions that only handmade items can offer. You cannot choose which specific piece will be delivered, but we hope you will look forward to its arrival. If you have concerns, please contact us before shipping and we will be happy to email you photos.

| Recommended care and precautions from Mami Furukawa |
| 〇 Soaking the item in water for about 5 to 10 minutes before use is effective in preventing stains from seeping in. 〇 After washing, if moisture remains, it may cause mold, so please dry it thoroughly before storing. 〇 We hope you enjoy the gradual development of character as you continue to use the piece over time. |
| Understanding our "vessels" |
|
〇 Because each piece is handmade, there are individual differences in color, shape, pattern, size, thickness, and weight. Even with the same glaze and clay, color unevenness and shading will occur. 〇 As the painted designs are also hand-painted one by one, their expressions may vary. 〇 Depending on the product, small holes, small black spots, linear scratches, protrusions, pinholes, wobbling, or warping may be visible due to the manufacturing process. 〇 Although we process images to make them as close to the real colors as possible, the colors and textures may appear different depending on your computer or smartphone display. 〇 We deliver items that have passed the final inspection at our shop, in addition to the inspections by the manufacturer, kiln, and the artist. 〇 Product photos are taken as samples, so the actual item delivered will not be identical in every detail. 〇 We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. Please understand and accept this before purchasing. 〇 We hope you enjoy the "flavor" and "interest" unique to handmade items, which cannot be found in mass-produced factory items! |
